This greatly increases the possibility of fire. "Although every building is currently equipped with Fire extinguishing system, but experience and lessons have proved that the success of fire remediation mainly depends on whether the fire water supply equipment is in good condition. The fire pump is a vertical part of the fire extinguishing system. To be 100% effective, due to the long-term idle state and the humid environment of the pump room, it is easy to cause the fire pump shaft and impeller to corrode, rust and the electrical components cannot be used normally, and even in the event of a fire, the fire pump cannot work normally. It is impossible to put out the fire and endanger the safety of people's lives and property.
In order to solve these fire protection problems, our company has independently developed the WZ-FC intelligent fire inspection system integrating alarm, monitoring, control and management in combination with the above problems, and has been put into production and use in batches; this product can prevent fire protection. The function of the water pump is rusted, damp, abnormal water pump and other faults, so as to achieve the purpose of "keeping soldiers for one day and using them for a while", this equipment also has the automatic exchange of main and backup water pumps. When the main pump fails, the backup pump is automatically put into use. The main and backup power Automatic mutual switching, when the main power supply fails, the backup power supply will automatically switch on and other functions, and provide data remote transmission, image monitoring, fault alarm, information printing and other functions for all the above functions; this product complies with the industry mandatory standards promulgated by the Ministry of Public Security. Attachment: "GA30.2 Performance requirements and test methods for fixed fire-fighting water supply equipment" Article 5, point 4, the inspection function stipulates:
The equipment that the fire pump is in non-operational state for a long time shall have the inspection function and shall meet the following requirements:
1. The equipment should have automatic and manual inspection functions, and the automatic inspection cycle should be set as needed
2. The fire pumps are operated one by one according to the fire fighting mode, and the running time of each pump is not less than 2min
3. The equipment should be able to ensure that during the inspection process, it will automatically exit the inspection and enter the fire operation state when encountering a fire signal.
4. There should be sound and light alarms when faults are found during inspection. For equipment with fault memory function, it should record the type of fault and the time when the fault occurred, etc. There should be a lot of fault information, and the display should be clear and easy to understand.
5. The equipment that adopts the power frequency inspection method should have measures to prevent overpressure, and the equipment that is set up to inspect the pressure relief circuit, the circuit setting should be safe and reliable.
6. For equipment that uses electric valves to adjust the water supply pressure, the electric valves used should participate in the inspection.
Part V of "GB27898-2011: Fixed Fire-fighting Water Supply Equipment" stipulates:
1. The equipment should have manual inspection and inspection prompt functions, and the inspection prompt period should be set as needed, but the longest period cannot exceed 360h.
2. The operation method of inspection should be simple and specified in the "Operation Instructions".
3. During the inspection, the fire pumps should be started one by one, and the running time of each pump should not be less than 2min under the rated working conditions.
4. There should be an audible and visual alarm when a fault occurs during the inspection.
